Principal’s Equity Leadership Team

The principals’ team was created to advocate for equity and inclusion as the pathway to achieve excellence for all within our cadre of school leaders.

District Equity Team

The District Equity Team strives to develop a comprehensive program that includes the various district departments. It seeks to encourage diversity and excellence in its administrators, teachers and staff and works to ensure that all students are provided equitable opportunities and outcomes.

The Equity MTSS Team

This team is a collaborative body with members from Cumberland County Schools leadership and the SWIFT organization. This group will oversee the three years of implementation of the SWIFT Equity MTSS research project.

The Equity-Focused Professional Development Team

This is a team of teacher-leaders who facilitate Equity-based courses for CCS. These courses include Equity-Focused Classroom Management, Equity-Focused Best Practices, Classroom Management for New Teacher Orientation and Make-Up Orientation and International Teachers’ Workshop.
